The legislation
The law behind the annual disclosure.
New Brunswick discloses public sector compensation through its Public Accounts. Data is available via Socrata as CSV. Note: multiple rows per person (one per payment type — salary, allowance, severance) which are aggregated by name.
The threshold of $0 means that any public sector employee earning at or above this amount must be included in the annual disclosure. Because the threshold has not been adjusted for inflation in most provinces, the number of disclosed employees grows every year.
